those looking to improve their stamina and strength-endurance in a time-effective way!
High Intensity or Low Intensity?
A mixture of VO2 max developing high-intensity work, and some more sustained
steady state cardio and strength endurance.
What will I get out of it?
This is a phenomenal class for developing stamina, endurance, and will burn a
lot of calories! If you’re after that feeling of your body being flooded with
oxygen, and the post-class ‘runners high’, then this is the class for you.
What type of equipment is used?
Working out of the functional area in the back gym, the class will be using the
Ski Erg, Rower, Power Bags, Dumbbells, Airbike, Kettlebells, and of course,
your own body weight!

Anyone looking to improve their cardiovascular fitness.
