Spin 20/20

20/20 is a cycle and strength training combo.

20 mins spin set to great music. High energy, riding as a group but you're in control. The class will combine riding to the beat with hill climbs and challenging sprints.

Ticking off the cardio work we'll move onto 20 mins basic strength training. Using a mixture of kettlebells and small weights we'll work towards lean muscle and strong bones.

This class is suitable for all abilities. Nervous about the bike set up? Come along early and we'll show you the right way to ride.

You'll need a towel, water and a mat, but we have mats if needs be.
