We get a lot of people coming up to us saying the weights on the EGYM machines are too light.
Weight is determined by performance on your strength test, which you do every seven sessions.
So, if you do a strength test and give it only 50% you may get a low weight in your exercises as the weight is based on that strength test.
If you give 100% all-out fast and hard, the weight is increased for your exercises. That way you will be actually working
hard. Muscles are going to feel it.
