The Lift-IIT experience will incorporate basic strength training exercises with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and bands, intermingled with short HIIT-type cardio bursts, for a full body, 45 min class.  
High or low intensity?
Low to High Intensity - as determined by the participant!
