Teen Academy

Teen Academy is a training workshop for teen members designed to educate and introduce correct training methods.
The workshop is split into 3 sections:

1.    10 minutes talking about the training methods involved in the 2nd part of the workshop. Creating an understanding and knowledge base for teens to build a foundation on, to then continue in the future in their own fitness endeavours.
2.    30 minutes of Physical training, putting the training methods into action from section 1, with emphasis on form and technique on muscles used.
3.    5 minutes stretch and mobility section, where questions can also be asked, related to the workshop or on general fitness.

Full body workout

What will I gain from his class?
A “beginners” knowledge of general fitness and training.

What type of equipment will be used?
The workshop will be looking at a wide variety of equipment and understanding their benefits.

Who is the class aimed at?
This class is perfect for teens, who are new to the gym environment and fitness.

Who is the teacher?
The Beckwith Team or Sean Baldwin from TriForce Training!

Are you required to bring anything to the class?
Yourselves, water and suitable training wear.

Teen members aged 13- 15 years will not be allowed to use the following equipment until they have successfully achieved the Bronze, Silver and Gold Teen Gym Awards:

Smith Press, Sled, Spartan Rig, Dumbbells, x Bar, Plyo Boxes, Squat Racks, Kettlebells and Fixed Barbells.
