Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga,
and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed
to strengthen, tone and stretch your whole body.

Sometimes small hand weights, pilates balls and resistance bands.

Suitable for everyone. Each exercises has a beginner option and an advancement. This is a great workout for anyone looking for high intensity with zero impact. 


Are you required to bring anything to the class?
Yoga mat and a pair of small hand weights no bigger than 2kg (x2 cans of beans will also do the job!!)
