This class will teach your mind how to
focus on the present moment through a combination of strengthening and
stretching exercises. These will improve your stamina, posture, flexibility and
balance.
Yoga can be a great compliment to other sports like running, cycling, weights and can help avoid injury. Breathing practices can help steady, regulate and deepen the breath to help calm and focus the mind and encourage deeper breathing, more oxygen to the muscles can improve performance. Both stretching and breathing practices can help towards an improved night's sleep
